Shipping and Returns Info
Many of my products are personalized, custom made just for you, and therefore require 7-10 business days to complete the order, unless the listing specifies shipping is immediate or "next day", in the case of items that do not require customization. I frequently am able to ship your order before the 7 day window, but seasonal fluctuations can affect that. During my busy seasons (close to holidays, summer and fall) it can take the full 10 business days to ship, so plan accordingly.

I want you to be 100% in love with your purchase! If you are not delighted please reach out and let me know. I will work with you to see what can be done about the situation. Non-personalized items can be returned if you send email notification of return within 72 hours of receipt, and reason for return. Items must be returned in "new" (unused) condition with no damage for a full refund. Items must be received back in house here within 14 days for refund to be issued.
In the case of personalized or custom items, no return or exchange is available, however.
In the event of damaged or defective products, please follow up immediately upon receipt with a photo via email depicting damage. Returns will be accepted on damaged merchandise upon return of the merchandise to our location. I will provide you a shipping address via email at the time you provide the photo of damage.
